JFE has begun to deal with a thinner Recycle Thinner

Solvents used in a wide variety of production processes are reborn as like new solvents at our partner's recycling plants. Effective use of limited resources is a major social contribution that leads to the reduction of CO2 emissions.

We sell Ethyl Acetate and IPA recycled solvents. We will be expanding our lineup in the future.

PD CLEAN E - Ethyl Acetate

A mixed solvent of Toluene and Ethyl Acetate is distilled and regenerated to separate only Ethyl Acetate.

It has a purity of about 94% and can be used to dilute paint or cleaning paint.

 

PD CLEAN I - IPA

It is a very high purity IPA with a purity of over 98%. The quality is the same as the new solvent.

It can be used for various types of cleaning and paint dilution.

*Supply is limited due to its high purity and popularity.

  1. Hearings

    We will ask about the type of solvent used by the customer, the type of processing oil, and the customer's requirements.

  2. Distillation Test

    The customer provides us the waste solvent they would like to distillation and regenerate, and we test it on our demonstration machine.

  3. Analysis

    Analysis of the distilled and regenerated solvent is performed at the affiliated analytical laboratory.

  4. Solution Proposal

    Proposal and quotation for the most suitable machine based on test and analysis results.
